The project was a Café and store tenant fit-out at the Calgary New Central Library. It included mechanical and electrical base building upgrade to accommodate the full kitchen, washroom and seating space enough for the capacity desired. This was a two month, +$500k project and had to be a CM integrated design project as construction had to start as the design was yet to be finished due to the tight timelines.
